At Amedia Cymbals we pride ourselves on bringing you a unique, personal, bespoke service that encompasses the facility to offer an exclusive range of cymbals that vary in style, weight and design to suit every level of drummer and percussionist. All our cymbals are handmade from start to finish, to give you a 'boutique' custom product that is as individual as you are.
Our independent factory in Istanbul is responsible for every single Amedia cymbal produced around the world, with each one made by professional, skilled Master Cymbal-smiths who inject their knowledge, experience and time honoured craft into each and every one, to deliver the ultimate dark 'Turkish sound' many musicians seek.
We have a vast range of cymbals to suit your individual needs and subject to factory approval we are able to offer adjustments and alterations from the basic designs to give you a genuine ‘one-off’ cymbal to fulfil your specific requirements.
By placing an order with Amedia Cymbals (UK) you accept the following Terms & Conditions
All our cymbals are exclusively and specifically made for each individual customer and as such require a minimum non-refundable 50% deposit for each placed order.
Cymbals generally take 7-8 weeks to produce from date of order to their arrival in the UK. Once they have arrived in the UK you will be notified and the outstanding balance must be paid in full within 14 days prior to them being shipped to you.
If any cymbal/s you order are already 'in stock in the UK you will be notified and offered an option of immediate delivery of each available cymbal whilst awaiting any outstanding cymbal/s to complete your order. Any cymbals offered and accepted for immediate dispatch as part of your order must be paid for in full prior to shipping.
‘In Stock’ Cymbals
We stock a selection of popular cymbal models and sizes which can usually be shipped within 24 hours (subject to availability). All 'In Stock' cymbals must be paid for in full prior to shipping. If you would like an up to date ‘in stock’ list then simply use the CONTACT US button to requesting one to be forwarded.
We accept BACS transfers, Paypal, Credit card and Debit card as methods of payment.
If you wish to cancel your order, notification must be be given in writing to Amedia Cymbals (UK) within seven days of your original date of order. Once your written notification is received you will be fully refunded. Deposits are non refundable if notification is received seven days after your date of order.
Carriage for all orders are FREE*
We use either PARCELFORCE or APC-OVERNIGHT trackable postal services who deliver up to 5pm the next day, Monday to Friday (Saturday morning deliveries available at a supplement) and can be delivered to either a home address or work address. Once your cymbal is dispatched you will be notified of the PARCELFORCE/APC OVERNIGHT tracking number where you will be able to follow the progress of your delivery.
Please note any re-deliveries are at the complete discretion of PARCELFORCE/APC OVERNIGHT. The customer is fully responsible for contacting PARCELFORCE/APC OVERNIGHT to arrange re-delivery and any additional charges incurred.
It is the policy of Amedia Cymbals (UK) that only cymbals which have had the balance paid in full are then subsequently shipped to the customer. Failure to forward the outstanding balance within 14 days of notification will forfeit your order including any deposit/s paid. Your cymbal/s will then become the sole property of Amedia Cymbals (UK) and will be offered on open sale at the full R.R.P. 48 hours after the expiry of the 14 day balance payment period.
*ALL deliveries to Ireland are subject to additional fees and are not eligible for overnight delivery.
